the only downside was the noise from the hallway in the mornings. but the room was very clean, had a comfy bed, and the staff was super friendly, especially raymond who made us feel welcomed.

Exceptional Staff and Great Breakfast

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options and constantly being replenished. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, especially during breakfast when they shared great conversations with us. However, I did notice that the elevator had a strong odor, which could use some attention.

We had a super comfy night and enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. Devin at the front desk was really friendly, and the breakfast lady was on top of things. Everything was clean, and the food was delish! The pool area was a bit too warm, though, especially in summer.

The thermostat light on my side of the room was such a distraction, illuminating the entire space all night, and hanging a rag over it didn’t do much to solve the problem. I had to deal with an inconvenient check-in situation where my confirmed reservation details were incorrectly handled, leading to unnecessary confusion. And if you're a CPAP user, good luck finding distilled water. Regular water just doesn't cut it, which seems like a basic oversight.

i stayed here for a night and it was a pleasant surprise compared to previous stays in millersburg. the rooms were clean, well-decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. i particularly enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby and the spacious shower in my room.

However, a remote was missing in the room and took a bit to replace, and the shower could have had better water pressure.

This place was a commendable fit for a passing visit in Millersburg with value for price. The staff quickly sorted out our room mix-up, showing they care. Make sure to check the breakfast timing to avoid missing out on food.
